Withdraw from contract

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. You do not need to justify your withdrawal, and you do not need to announce it in advance.

Inform us of your withdrawal by an unequivocal statement. Any of the following is sufficient — all routes are equally valid:

What happens next

We will confirm receipt of your withdrawal. We will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your withdrawal, using the same means of payment you used. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back.

Please return the goods to the address above within 14 days of your declaration of withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods, that is the postage. Under Section 355(3) sentence 4 of the German Civil Code (BGB), we bear the risk of loss or damage in transit on the return journey. Please keep your proof of posting.

Original packaging and tags are not a condition for the validity of your withdrawal. The right of withdrawal also applies to sale items. You may inspect and try on the goods as you would in a shop.
