Shipping costs and delivery times
All prices are in euros (EUR) and include statutory value added tax. The delivery times stated are expected periods and begin when the goods are dispatched.

Individual items are marked in our shop as items from the Retro Boots Network. These items are shipped by a partner. Dispatch takes place within 5 to 9 working days after the item has been checked.

Your statutory rights – in particular the right of withdrawal and your rights in the event of defects – continue to be directed against us without change. Delivery restrictions
We do not deliver to the following countries:
- United States of America (USA)
- Russia
We cannot accept orders with a delivery address in these countries.
Customs duties, import VAT and charges
For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, customs duties, import value added tax and further charges may be incurred. These costs are included neither in the purchase price nor in the shipping costs stated above.
They are levied directly on the recipient by the competent authorities or by the transport service provider and are to be borne by the recipient. Before placing your order, please inform yourself at the competent bodies in your country about the amount of and the conditions for such charges.
Delivery and passing of risk
Delivery is made to the delivery address you have provided.
If no time for delivery has been agreed or can be inferred from the circumstances, in the case of a sale of consumer goods we hand over the goods no later than 30 days after conclusion of the contract (Section 475 (1) of the German Civil Code, BGB).
If you are a consumer, the risk of accidental loss of and accidental deterioration of the goods only passes when the goods are handed over to you – including for sales involving carriage of the goods (Section 475 (2) BGB). If a consignment is lost or damaged in transit, we bear the risk. Please contact us in such a case.
Returns
In the event of withdrawal, you bear the direct cost of returning the goods. For details, please see our instructions on withdrawal.
Pursuant to Section 355 (3) sentence 4 BGB, we bear the risk of loss of or damage to the goods on their way back to us. You bear only the postage. Please keep your proof of posting so that you can demonstrate that you sent the goods back in good time.

This does not affect your statutory rights in the event of defects. If the goods are defective, we bear the costs necessary for supplementary performance, in particular transport costs (Section 439 (2) BGB).
